Privacy notice
This notice covers the public PDI website and its inquiry and interest forms. It does not cover information saved in the separate student workspace. PDI collects information you voluntarily submit through Admissions inquiries, the Academy interest list, and newsletter signup. This may include your name, email address, educational stage, application plans, and any details you include in your message.
How information is used
- To review and respond to requests.
- To administer Admissions communications and send Academy program updates when you join its interest list.
- To send resource updates when you separately join the email list. You can request removal from the Academy list by emailing us and unsubscribe from general emails using their unsubscribe link.
- To maintain form security and prevent spam.
Do not submit sensitive records
Do not submit Social Security numbers, financial-account information, medical records, patient information, or complete transcripts through a general website form. If document review is arranged, PDI will provide separate instructions.
Service providers
Netlify hosts this website and processes its Admissions and Academy forms. Form submissions can also be copied to PDI’s email inbox when notifications are enabled. Mailchimp handles the separate, voluntary newsletter signup. The website loads fonts from Google Fonts; your browser contacts Google to retrieve them. Hosting and font requests can include technical information such as your IP address and browser details. These providers process information under their own policies. This website package includes no advertising trackers or analytics scripts.
